Krass, MBA
Paul works with clients facing
organizational commitment and accountability challenges. His leadership concept facilitates discovering unexploited

within any organization.
Paul has worked
with companies in construction, government, manufacturing
and R&D. His keen ability
to inspire highly effective leadership applies to any
industry or team longing to achieve extraordinary results
through ordinary people. He has led organizations
through difficult times and organizational realignments
by leveraging his understanding of the organization
and human engineering.
Paul has served in
high profile capacities utilizing his expertise in
program management, business management, project management
and project engineering. He has that unique ability
to understand and then ask the questions that bring
answers - answers critical to organizational
effectiveness and productivity.
Prior
to starting StrategicHelm, Paul contributed over 20
years to effective leadership and organizational experience. Organizational
enhancement, assessment, improvement, operations and
business development - experience
that encompasses diverse projects, industries and settings.
Among
his academic achievements are an M.B.A. from Rensselaer Polytechnic
Institute (Troy, NY) and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical
Engineering studies at the University of California.
